PREMIERE PRO 23 LAG PREVIEW

My preview keeps crashing when I change the speed of the clips, even changing the preview resolution to 1/4 1/8, 1080 or 4k sequences, it keeps crashing.
My hardware configurations are: mac book pro 14, m1pro 8core 16threads 16gb RAM
