Premiere Pro 24.6.1 Keeps crashing - for a month now!

I have been using the software for a year now, and since the Mac OS update last month (or whenever it was) it keeps crashing.... I have left comments on different boards but the issues remain, first was permissions, now I can't use the transcribe tool and today it crashed simply when making a cut lol. I get recommended to update the software - which then says I am all up to date, (fantastic!) and to reset my app preferences. Is it expected that I change my preferences daily so I get to work on 10 mins intervals?!

I have provided several screenshots, spoken to 3 different people from the support team and have given access to my computer remotely twice. The issues persist.

Please advise and kindly do not ask me, the client, to write a bug report for you. Please take this information and the screenshots provided and provide a solution or write the report to your development team. I pay for the software to work and it is vital for my job........

Thanks in advance!

Hi @malej91 - I see you are on Sequoia, there is a known issue you can read about here

We also just released version 25 can you try this version and let us know if that helps your issue.

If you want help you do need to file a bugreport

The screenshots do not tell us much
