Premiere Pro 25.1 Crashes Every Time I create new project

I was trying to export on Premiere Pro v24.6.4 and Premiere Pro would just freeze and crash every time during an export. I then installed Premiere Pro v25.1 and now everytime I try and create a new project, I click the create button and Premiere Pro just crashes and closes. How do I fix this problem so I can export videos?
