Premiere Pro Auto Captions stuck at Beginning Language Pack Download

When attempting to transcribe my sequence, the auto captions load bar gets stuck at Beginning Language Pack Download. Any fixes would be appreciated.

    Be sure you wait long enough for it to download; it is a big file.
