Premiere Pro Auto Captions stuck at Beginning Language Pack Download

When attempting to transcribe my sequence, the auto captions load bar gets stuck at Beginning Language Pack Download. Any fixes would be appreciated.

This usually happens when I try to use Premiere with the Creative Cloud app closed.

It works normally again after closing Premiere, opening the Creative Cloud app, and trying again.

Be sure you wait long enough for it to download; it is a big file.

3 years later and this issue still applies… Can we expect some fixing and less useless AI gen features please?
