Premiere Pro crashes when I export

Question

When I export my premiere pro project, it all crashes. I have tried using https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-solve-crash-while-using-export-settings-in-premiere-pro-v-14-2/td-p/11152571

to fix it, so once I unchecked the box, i closed and relaunched Premiere Pro. It still crashed whilst exporting. This also happens when I render that project sequence(but I don't mind that because I don't need the preview rendered, just it all exported into a file). Please let me know if there are any solutions that may fix this.

In Premiere Pro, while export the video in change the Encoding settings > Performance > Software encoding or   Try exporting your premiere pro project export using the Adobe Media Encoder.
