Premiere pro crashes when i open effects

I need some help, every time i open premiere works fine when i go onto my project and try and switch to my color,effects,audio tab my premiere just closes can anyone help me with a sulition?

Are you talking about trying to open Effects panel? Or Switching to Effects workspace?

Please explain what you're doing when Premiere closes.

What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
Are there any error codes or messages?

Try deleting cache files and resetting preferences.
