Premiere Pro crashes when loading up

Hi, my Premiere Pro crashes when it is loading up. I can't get past the splash screen therefore I dont know what the crash code is. There's no crash log or report. 

 

To my knowledge, I just connected to an eGPU to my laptop to render my video, which was working fine until needed to use it disconnected outdoors.

 

I've tried installing previous versions and updating my internal graphics driver and I still don't have a solution. I'm running on Windows 11 and I am using an Acer Swift SF514-55T.
