Premiere Pro deleting my customizations

Question

every time i close and reopen premiere pro everything is reset like i just reinstalled but i didn't. workspaces, preferences, keyboard shortcuts and... are all lost. this issue is happening on all 25 versions and even 24 and it should not happen... how do i fix this?

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. That sounds like a real annoyance to continue happening. Can you tell me how you're creating/ saving the shortcuts? Did you update them with the new version or create new ones? We need a few more details to help with this issue. Please see: How do I write a bug report?
