Premiere Pro export 10fps vs 25fps = lower file size?
I tried both, a source of 25fps and 10fps screen recording of slides exporting with H.264 in HD,
but when switching between 10fps and 25fps output there is no file size difference in the estimate
and only a marginal difference with the actual rendered files!
Shouldn't the file size be dramatically reduced?
I read elsewhere "If you cut the number of frames in half, the video file size will be cut in half".
Apart from choosing a lower video & audio bitrate to achieve that, I am hoping to achieve a smaller file size by going down to 10fps,
since a high frame rate is not required for slow-moving slides and other apps are able to save recordings to 50mb for about 1hr length instead of premiere 10x that!
Is AME really not that good with exporting lower fps or am I missing something?
