Premiere Pro Export Issue

I was exporting videos for work, everything was fine. The next video I exported, never closed it out or did anything different, then all of the sudden the export lasted one second and says it exported successfully but it's just a 1 second black video when it exports. It's a 2 minutes video. I'm not sure what happened.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, reset preferences and everything is up to date.

did you check the work area bar or 'Range' in export settings?

Hard to say what's causing it with the limited information.
Do other projects video exports work or is it just this specific one?
What video export settings are you using? Maybe try another.
Try export a part of the video - say the first 30 seconds or last to see if that works.
Troubleshooting often involves trial an error to find the cause.
