Premiere Pro Glitchy Preview on Sony A7III 4K s.log2 footage

Hi everyone!

I'm currently having an issue with premiere pro 23.1

Actually I see a lot of glitches (not RGB glitch, the image it's just distorted, like an old VHS) in my preview panel while editing, and it's pretty annoying since it is happening just with the 4K footage of my Sony A7III (the footage has been shot in S-Log2). All the other footage works pretty fine.

The footage itself has no glitches or other issues, I see this problem just in premiere. Even when I export it, there are no glitches.Everything it's happening inside premiere but I can't understand what to do to fix the problem.

I looked at a lot of solutions in this community and tried everything: from disabling the audio input, to  uninstall premier, install an older version (23.0), put the footage into media encoder and exporting it in h.264 matching the bitrate source but nothing seems to work.

In the end I tried to open the same footage into after effects and there's the same issue.

What can I do?

I'm currently working on a PC with windows 11, Intel i9 and RTX3070.

Hope someone can help me

Thanks in advance

I found a solution today using the advices I found here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/premiere-full-screen-playback-glitch-lines-when-camera-pans/m-p/12335795#M363931

1) Turn off hw-accel decoding in the Preferences > Media

2) Clear media cache and previews (Sequence settings > change video preview format to something different and back)
