premiere pro keeps crashing

Hi, I'm really at my wit's end right now because Premiere was working fine earlier and now it's crashing and I need it ASAP for my business. 

I am working on a Macbook Pro 2020 and in the latest version of Premiere Pro. Suddenly, it's giving me an error message that it cannot access my third-party audio plug-ins and no matter what I do - whether open a project or make a new one, the application freezes and I have to force quit it. 

I've...

1. cleared my preferences cache

2. reinstalled and installed the program several times over

3. wrote "read & write" on the application support files 

4. cleared more storage from my laptop and cleared the media cache 

I genuinely don't know what to do. I'm not sure what it's not working and no solution online seems to be helping.
