Premiere Pro / Me hanging at mogrt export with CUDA

Pr and Me hang on a Mogrt export or preview if I use CUDA. 

If I set export system to OpenCl or nothing it is OK.

This mogrt holds a png file (very small file), if I remove this file it is OK in CUDA.

The used PC is a new MSI Creator Pro with all drivers up to date.
