Premiere Pro não abre mais!

Meu premiere simplesmente deixou de funcionar, já desinstalei, reinstalei, reiniciei e desliguei o pc, nada resolve, todas as vezes que eu baixo e tento abrir ele fica desse jeito aberto e na barra de tarefas.

    É que não tem mais o que colocar no screenshot, ele só aparece aquela pequena janela no topo da tela e vazia, na área de trabalho também só aparece o topo. 

    Eu baixei diretamente pela Creative Cloud Desktop app.

    It is hard to tell from your pictures what is happening, can you post full screenshots?

    How did you download Premiere Pro?  It is best to install all adobe apps through the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
