how can i get version 24 of the software my system cant run version 25

in the creative cloud app, click on the 3 dots (aka an ellipsis) in the premiere section and choose other versions

Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager... go to this link to see SEVERAL pictures of how to see the older versions, and a warning about having the download manager keep or delete older versions when doing an update
