Hi, my premiere pro is having a problem while playing back media. The video is not showing and glitched while the audio is still playing.

I already tried every solutions possible from
1. Reset app preferences
2. Reset workout space
3. Uninstall and reinstall nvidia drivers.
4. Change the playback into software only.

5. Uninstall and reinstall premiere pro

Every single one are not working. Please help.

Yes I tried. It worked for the first launch of a project, after I quit the first project and open a different one, It's not working again and I tried to go back to the first project, it's not working too.

For your second question, I don't have any issue with the export at all, and the full screen preview is also fine. It's just these 3 panels (Program Monitor, Source Monitor & Lumetri Color)

Hi @Muhammad Dimas98A5 ,

Did you try @Ann Bens suggestion?  Also, does your issue seem similar to this one?

Let me know.

Working on a different project, footages vary from 1080p 8 bit 4:2:0 to 4k 10 bit 4:2:2 on h264 and h265. I tried on latest premiere 2023 and latest premiere 2024 and the new 2025. all of them are not working.

Full screen playback is working, but program monitor, source monitor, and lumetri color are not working.

Hi @Muhammad Dimas98A5 ,

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. We’ll need a few more details to help with this issue.

Can you provide more detail about video format you are working with?  Also, which version of Premiere.

Please see; How do I write a bug report?

I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!

Make sure you have the most current Nvidia studio driver installed.

You don't need the Experience, install the driver manually and do a clean installation.
