Premiere to Media Encoder

I have a producer who uses Media Encoder to render multiple files at one time. Recently, when he clicks "Send To media Encoder" nothing happens. We have ensured that both Premiere and Media encoder are the same version, but still Premiere does not send information to Encoder. Any thoughts?
