Premiere V22 Crashing at launch

Idk but my premiere doesn't work anymore, everytime when I try to open it just crash. I've tried everythink, reinstall, my graphic driver is last update. Only think that worked it was reset preferences, but the issue come back, I try to press Alt when open to reset the preferences but didnt work anymore, just crash.

CPU : Intel i7 10870H 2.2ghz
GPU : Intel UHD Graphics
Ram : 16gb

I am having the same issues, but with descrete graphics card. I recently changed cards and I am no longer able to open the application. I had a 3080 previously and now have a 7900 xtx

I have uninstalled the suite, ran CCleaner and repaired my registry to remove any lingering Adobe stuff. Then reinstalled the Adobe suite and after install I started looking at these forums. I tried the "hold shift + alt" to reset my preferences and none of the above worked.
