Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue. The information asked by @John T Smith would be helpful in troubleshooting the issue. In addition to that:

Are you using any third-party plugin from Premiere Pro?
Does it show any error message when it crashes?
What is the last loading module on the splash screen right before it crashes?
