Preserve Intro & Outro Animation | Missing in 2025?

Has anyone else noticed that intro and outro animations (Responsive Design) are no longer preserved in the 2025 version or the Beta?

I even tried setting custom hotkeys for them, but it didn’t work. Am I missing something, like a new process or tool? Also, the blue handles for grabbing and dragging in the effects panel seem to have disappeared.

Thank you, I had forget about using a graphic or text layer - I was using an Adjustment layer with effects that I wanted to preserve the keys.
