Question

preview bug

Hello,

I have the latest premiere pro version 23.2 (system Windows 10 pro).

I have a problem with the image in the preview windows.

When the actor moves dynamically in the video, or even the camera itself works dynamically, strange cuts appear in the preview - the video show it best. It's so annoying in work 😕😕

In exported mov everything is ok. This bug is only when I work in premier.

You know what can be a reason of this kind bug <?>

Thank a lot for Your help !

Hello @Miroslaw K.,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin

Sorry about that, it's a hard thing to describe. I tried search words to find something similar, but horizontal and problem, break-up, etc, are about as good as I've found. It looks like old school dropouts.

Check your graphics card, driver especially. I have it here on full-screen on playback. I guess I just learned to ignore it. I don't have much else at the moment.

If you find something, post it back here, or maybe someone else will see this on a weekday.

You said 'cuts' that usually means something in the flow, jump ahead, etc.

I see the horizontal lines breaking up, like in this picture

From this link.

It's probably due to your graphics card which you didn't mention. I still them on mine on occasion, so it's one of those do your best.
