    Hi @johni71584320,

Can you use the free MediaInfo App and send the video information from there? This doesn't tell me much about the encoding. The framerate is a bit unusual.  Is that the working framerate?  That could be part of the issue.

Adobe Premiere Pro version number: FAQ: 25.1.0 (build 73)
Operating system - Windows 11 pro
    System Info: CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
    RAM - 32GB
HD - Model Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB

    Video format:

Workflow details: Tell us any specific info about the project or sequence. For example, is it a multicam sequence?

Steps to reproduce - I drop the video into the separate tracks then scale them to the size needed and re position them

Expected result - that they stay the same size when I hit play

Actual result - it enlarges for some reason but only seems to happen on full quality preview (it renders as it should)
