Problem with "Digital LED LCD Clock Maker" template frpm Adobe Stock

I bougth the “Digital LED LCD Clock Maker” template from Adobe Stock.
Importing the module to the Time Line is ok. In the Effect Setting window, a couple of parameters like Font, Time and size settings appear and can be set.
But whatever the setting is: No clock function, no time count, only one fixed (frozen) display according to initial settings.
(tested with Premiere 2025 and 2026)
