Problem with MPG format files

When I import MPG files to Adobe Premiere 2021 it doesn't work, the video display does not appear, how can I solve this problem

Hi alnedawi4u,

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's restoring the preview?
