Hello @Jovial_artist5FA2,

The team may need more information. See, How do I write a bug report?

Thanks,
Kevin

    Hi @Jovial_artist5FA2,

Thanks for the message. I'm assuming you just updated the application. Is the extension supported for Premiere Pro v.25? Please check with their support team. I will do the same. Hopefully, we'll hear from developers about this.

    Thanks,
    Kevin
