If your cuda is grayed out read this:

Software rendering update

Ann is right ...  no clue.

I will add that they did change the behavior so that if you have a usable GPU, the option to change GPU settings within Premiere is greyed out, unavailable. You can only select "software only" on startup, if you hold down the Shift key on startup.

No information to go on.
