Thanks for the message. We have seen this issue in previous versions. I believe it's resolved in the current release. You can try that or change the video preview codec by following instructions here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-how-to-change-the-codec-for-video-preview-files/td-p/13113039
