Production Display of Folder Structure & Projects Becomes Corrupted on Only One Computer

My production panel completely removes all my projects from view. Bins seem intact, but there are duplicates of several bins. If I open the production on another computer it is fine. I have restarted and cleared the cache, but the issue persists.

The only thing I can think of to do is to re-install Premiere. But seeing as this isn’t the first time this happened, I’d prefer to figure out what is going on and prevent/fix this.

Premiere 25.6.4
Shared Server using Lucid Link
Mac Studio 2022 (Apple M1 Ultra) / Tahoe 26.0.1

Okay, I fixed it! Uninstalling and re-installing did not fix the issue. But deleting the Premiere folder from my documents directory did fix it. So, definitely something going on in that folder was the issue...not sure what, but everything is functioning appropriately again. Thanks for all the help Jaime, much appreciated!

Hi @Steve Nelson Editor -   Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.  Please see, How to Report a Problem?

Can you try Premiere Pro version 25.6.5?

Can you post a screenshot or screen recording of what you mean?

Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the box
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)

“Clear media cache files”

“Reset plugin loading cache”

Before I update the software, I want to try and find the real issue, because I’ve encountered this bug before and don’t want to just be forced to re-install every time it occurs.

Also, holding shift and doing those things you suggested did not fix the problem.

How it looks in Premiere
How it looks on finder.

I also just reset all of my LL cache settings and it still doesn’t work. Duplicating the production and opening the duplicate (which requires conversion to a new Production) DOES work, but obviously isn’t really useful since everyone else is still working on the original Production without issue.
