Project Stalls After Media File Deletion in Version 25.2 (2025)

This issue occurs on Windows.

1.The project location has not changed; I only deleted a video file.

2.Yes, the project included two transitions using third-party plugins,
but I did not remove the plugin installation location.

On a freshly installed Windows computer, the project opens quickly and correctly,
showing missing files and plugins.

The original project file contained transitions using third-party plugins.
The files in the project included a mp4 video, wrapped in a sequence,
then applied to another sequence.
There were also graphic text and sound files,
each stored in their respective folders.

Unfortunately, I am unable to conduct further tests since I have already deleted the project file.
