Proxies are attached but offline

For some reason, I can attach proxies to original file, but I can't use it. It appears to be offline but attached. Please help!

Hello Lucas[etc.],

 

What version of Premiere Pro are you using? Are you using a production or is this a single project?

 

I recall this was a real problem with PPro some versions back (V22 or earlier?) but I don't recall the details.

I did and it didn't change a thing. Idk what to do 😞

Did you try reattaching? It looks like the folder or file name may have been changed or unavailable at one time. Check to make sure the file is there.
