I'm trying to make the reverb sustain/ fade out like it does in this clip here, https://youtu.be/ia03PGpsy7w?t=517.

I followed this guys instructions to a T but on my project the reverb ends as soon as the clip does. Any ideas?

On version 12.1.12 Premiere Pro

Correct answer Averdahl

Do you have media after you want your reverb to ring?

Notice that in the tutorial there is a video clip to the right so the timeline continues to playback and thus allowing the reverb to ring. If the timeline stops playback, there will be no ringing and it will stop abruptly.

Good call Averdahl

Just watched those tutorials, including this one just on audio which he links to in the above video:

How To Use Audio Effects In Adobe Premiere CC - YouTube

At 3:40 he mentions the need to have extra timeline available.
