Sequences flash in preview when opening older project in v25 after Production conversion

I upgraded my Production to v25 (previously running on v24.6.2), and opened a project that had not been opened since using v24. When I went to my bin containing sequences, the sequence preview appeared to be flashing, almost like it was scrubbing through the preview without clicking on any of them. It appeared to only happen on a projects first load, subsequent attempts to open the project resulted in expected behavior for sequence previews. This has been reproducable though on multiple different projects in different Productions after the update.

I am running macOS Sonoma 14.5, and Premiere Pro v25.0
