Shortcuts don't work on Effect Controsl Window

hi, all

he problem is 'Shortcuts don't work on Effect Controls Window'

it means when I edit text graphic, Shortcuts like ctrl +c,v,a, don't work(I posted Image about it)

and also the timeline on effect controls, shortcuts don't work so I couldn't copy, cut and +,-

it was working until the day before yesterday, but suddenly it started not to react.

please, help me...

and shortcuts work correctly on the main timeline.

and it's not a problem like korean/english key

and I try to turn on and off...
