“Show Duplicate Frame Markers” only works after a restart

How can I make this option work all the time so I don't have to restart the program for every file? The settings have already been reset.

    I still occasionally experience this too, though it occurs less often than it did when it first became a problem a couple of years ago. I find I don't need to restart the app, just close the sequence and reopen it.

    I've tried this method—the only thing that helps is restarting the program. The only way to fix this error is with new updates. Maybe I should write to the developers?
