Slow Export Times - Premiere Pro 2023 - Possible Workaround

I updated to Premiere Pro 23.1 last week and have been experiencing EXTREMELY slow export times within Premiere. I have attempted the same export on two machines. Details below:

 

Premiere Pro 23.1.0 (Build 86)

Footage: Sony FX3 3840x2160 23.976 H.264 10-bit

Sequence: 6min 30sec (3840x2160 23.976) w/ lumetri applied, flattened multicam, no sound effects

Render Time: estimated 1 hour+, never made it past 2%

Computer Specs:

-Machine 1: 2020 iMac 27", 3.8ghz, 8-core, Intel i7, 64GB RAM, 

AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB

-Machine 2: 2021 16" MBP M1 Max, 32-core GPU, 32GB RAM

 

Possible Workaround: When sending the export to Media Encoder on both machines, the render time was only 5 minutes

    This phenomenon seems a bit insane.
    1. My notebook Hardware
    Laptop Intel i7 11th Gen, 32GB RAM, UHD + 1050Ti Graphic

    2. Premier Project
    - It has been in use for about 4 weeks, without changing project settings and environment settings for 4 weeks.
    - Automatically updated from Creative Cloud in the last 1-2 days.

     

    3. Current status
    - If I set CUDA support or OpenGL support in project settings
    CPU 25%, UHD 100%, 1050Ti 25%, rendering time almost 10 times
    - If I change the project setting to Mercury dedicated software support, speed is fast like the previous version.
    CPU 90%, UHD 10% 1050Ti 90%

     

    My conclusion:
    Premier updated version??

    After updating.... 

    The rendering time is too much slow... 

     

    Last week I havn't felt like this. 

    What happend during updating?
