Slow Motion Footage is not smooth after export

Hey friends,

I've been having the problem for a while now that I can't get any more smooth slow motion export.

I film 99% of my videos in 50/60 fps or 100/120 fps. I then interpret the footage in Premiere and everything is fine in the preview.
When I export it now, it is no longer smooth and stutters.

I have done so much research but can't find a solution.

Tried so far:
- Codec of Camera from XAVC HS to S
- Encoding software only
- optical flow
- many different export settings

Nothing works.

Maybe someone has an idea.


System: MacBook Pro M1 Max, 32GB Ram
Premiere Pro Version 23.2.0

    I'm wondering if this is a frame-blending issue, have you tried other blending modes?

     

    Can you post a sample clip of the original media via dropbox/whatever for others to test?

    Thank you! 

    That was my all-time workflow. However, after I had problems, I tried interpret.
    Speed/Duration gives me the same problems. After the export it is choppy.

    For changing speeds for slo-mo work, the devs say the Interpret Footage is the wrong place to do that.

     

    All slo-mo and speed ramp things should be done via the Speed/Duration dialog. Right-click  clip, and set the percentage change in Speed/Duration.

     

    Interpret Footage is designed for when you are going from say 29.97 to 23.976 or the opposite, and there may be a pull-down or cadence issue.
