Sound and video is distorted when exporting

I've had this problem now for awhile where everytime I export my video it distorts my music in the background and distorts the frames to where it stops and freezes. This never used to happen, does anybody know a fix? I uploaded a video of what's its doing down below. 

another issue I have is when I export my video adobe messes with my color grade, I tried using the qt gamma lut but all it does is just darkens my color grade, anybody know a fix for that as well?

    Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
