Sound bug in the first frame of rendered file

Rendering a Project with for example my voice and music in the background results in a sound bug in the first frame of there rendered file that sounds like a clap. When importing that rendered file and rendering it without the first frame the problem does not reoccur. Its still a hassle to render everything twice.
Any solutions?
