Speeding clips up in bulk, then run it back to regular speed. Why does it show up as 99.96%?

Sometimes I like speeding up clips in bulk and then running all the clips back to 100% speed once done. Some clips/audio stay exactly at 100%, but sometimes clips end up at 99.96% or some weirdly specific percentage that isn't exactly 100%. I would really like to know why and if anyone else has this issue. There has to be a way to revert back to 100 %/non speed-adjusted clip.

I'm having the same problem. I have a short clip (2 seconds) that was originally set to 70%. In reviewing the final edits, I decided it needed warp stabilization. I typed "100" in the speed/duration box and got back 99.85%. I tried unlinking speed/duration and got 99.99%. I tried Optical Flow instead of Frame Sampling and got 99.84%. I tried 100.1 and got 99.98%. Warp stabilizer doesn't like any of those. (PP 24.5.0 Build 57)
