Subtitles are not auto generating in Premier Pro 22.4.0 (Build 57)

Subtitles are not auto generating in Premier Pro 22.4.0 (Build 57) - this is a recurrent problem.

I have tired deleting cache, restarting premier, restarting the PC, re-transcribing the sequence (dozens of times). Sometimes they generate sometimes they dont. This was never an issue in previous editions Premier, it is delaying projects for hours on end. It's really irritating this issue has not been fixed.

Can Abobe staff advise a temporary fix while the flaw is being resolved or can anyone recommend another software company that delivers a working product?
