Team project disappeared - Pr 25.1

I invited my collaborator and she edited the sequence.

When she finished, she clicked “Publish” and an error appeared, the application closed and when she wanted to reopen it, the project was nowhere to be found. She tried all the ways to open it, from all the application menus.
In my workspace, the sequence appears as if she is still editing it (because she could not publish it).
I wonder if this is a problem because she uses Windows and I use Apple.
This is not the first time this has happened to us, the other time we duplicated the project and it did show up for her but without the saved edit.
We would like to be able to fix it for good.

We both use Mister Horse plugin, but not in this sequence.
