Tela de exportação Preta

Quando eu vou entrar na aba de exportação do Premiere tanto o 25 quanto o 25.1, a tela de exportação fica preta aparecendo apenas o preview do vídeo.

1- Abrir algum projeto:
2- Abrir aba de Edição;

Não consigo exportar os vídeos que editei.

    estou passando pelo mesmo problema. aconteceu quando atualizei pro windows 11. você conseguiu resolver?
