Text Pannel Missing (Only showing UXP Pannel 1 or 2)

For the fast couple updates the text pannel is missing, only showing UXP Pannel 1 or 2. I have tried restarting resetting pulgin cache and delteting preferences. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling both the main and beta releases (including Media Encoder). Not sure how to troubleshoot further.

Thanks for your help- I could really use this pannel!

Yes I did reset the preferences. Rolling back to 23.6.5 did seem to restore the text panel so it seems to be related to 24.3.
