The black box containing the video I am editing is out of shape how do I fix it?

I am having technical difficulties with Adobe Premier Pro. The black box containing the video I am editing is in a small rectangle shape. How do I fix it to display the video properly?

Thanks for the question. Your source video looks like it's in a landscape aspect ratio. In comparison, your sequence settings look set up for portrait aspect ratio. Which aspect ratio do you want for your export? That will dictate the solution. Let us know what you would like to see.
