The timeline playback doesn't move at the same time with the audio and the video

Guys, I need help!! When I'm in Adobe working on a project and hit play on the video, I can hear the sound and the video moves correctly, but the timeline is still!!! I cannot make any cuts or any changes bcs that blue vertical bar that is supposed to be moving when you play the footage in Adobe Premiere Pro is still even though my footage is playing!

 

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
