Timeline and scroll bar issue.

I'm having an issue where if the scroll bar under the timeline is all the way to the left then I can't see any of the clips in the timeline even though I should be able to. But if I scroll just one tick to the right then all of the clips are visible, but if I scroll back to the beginning they dissapear again. The clips start 0:00:00 so I should be able to see them. If I zoom in and move just one second to the right, the clips magically appear.

I've never had this issue with premiere before.
