Transcribe only working on some clips

I'm utilizing the Transcript feature to help edit interviews. But the feature is only working on one set of clips, and not the others. My interviews from shoot days 1 and 2 show up just fine in the transcript. But the ones from day 3 will not appear in the transcript.

All of them are from the same camera. However, for days 1 and 2, audio was recorded to channels 1 and 3. For day 3, audio was recorded to channels 2 and 4. That's the only reason I can think that it would be messing up. Maybe I changed the setting off of "mix" for the transcribe settings, but I don't see how to change the settings. 

"Re-transcribe sequence" is greyed out, and that's the only button that I see that indicates redoing it.
