Transcribing audio not working

Question

When I click 'Transcribe' to start transcribing my audio clips, it'll start the process for around 10-20 seconds until it cancels and returns to the following screen:

No matter how many times I do it, the same thing continues to occur. I've tried with different clips in different projects to no avail. Premiere Pro is up-to-date, running 25.1

Hi Rach,Thank you for your reply - it seems it was a piece of security software blocking the extension as it seems to be working as intended.

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. Is the audio in English? What format are the clips? Are you transcribing the clips themselves or the sequence? We need a few more details to help with this issue. Please see: How do I write a bug report?
