Transcription hangs at start of Audio Clip

Question

Hello!

I've been experiencing an error with the Auto-Transcribe feature where if there is an excess of noise at the top of the clip(multiple speakers, a lot of movement, high noise floor), the Transcriber will hang indefinitely.

This hanging persists regardless of whether the audio ingested is mp3, wav, direct out op-atom or mono etc.

As a test, set an in point after the excessive noise, and set an out point at the end. Then in the transcription dialogue, set "transcribe in to out." Does that work?

See this thread that explains a bug that requires you set BOTH an in and out for this to work. (The bug is already fixed in beta.)
