TT-CEA -608.xml won't show text in monitor.

When playing back Hebrew and Arabic subtitles i only see boxes instead of letters. In the Text and essential graphic panel of 15.2 i can see the text or in 14.9 i can see the text in caption panel but not monitor. Does anyone know why?

The track was set to south asian and middle eastern but when i changed the font in essential graphics they appear in the monitor. Thank you so much
